1. Definitions
A) Direct Seller Agreement includes:
Direct Seller Application Form (with Terms & Conditions)
Company Business Plan & Business Manual
Code of Ethics for Independent Distributors
30-Day Return & Refund Policy
Distributor License Transfer Policy
Note: The Company may modify/update policies on www.olifeglobalfashion.com.
2. Eligibility
Independent Distributor must be above 18 years, submit valid ID proofs, and ensure accuracy of information.
3. Distributorship
Distributor purchases products voluntarily and independently grows sales.
4. Duration
Agreement remains valid until terminated per Section 9.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Products can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for refund.
6. Distributorship Transfer
Transferable only to nominee/blood relation in case of death.
7. Payments
All payments (incentives, refunds, etc.) via NEFT to the distributor’s registered bank account. No cash transactions.
8. Obligations of Distributor
A) Must sell products at or below MRP (unless authorized in writing).
B) Must comply with all company policies & laws.
8.1 Prohibited Actions:
Misleading product/compensation claims.
Sharing login details with third parties.
Unethical/illegal activities (strict penalties apply).
9. Termination
Agreement terminates if:
Distributor returns products within 30 days and receives a refund.
Violation of Code of Ethics or illegal activities.
Misleading other distributors (immediate termination).
10. Independent Contractor Status
Distributor is not an employee. Earnings depend on sales performance.
11. Dispute Resolution
Grievances must be raised within 30 days of the issue. Company will resolve within 30 days.
12. Amendments
Company reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice.
DECLARATION BY DISTRIBUTOR
I confirm that:
I am above 18 years.
I join voluntarily and understand the terms.
I am solely responsible for my decisions and tax liabilities.
I agree to abide by company policies, including future amendments.
